Hapo nayo don’t talk anything. Kitengela is pure chaos. They need roads
Tourists travel thousands of miles to experience Kenya, only to face growing queues at JKIA over health insurance requirements. Kenyans may know the court ruling. How would visitors? Government has a duty to communicate policy changes clearly and globally. Trust is earned through experience. Every encounter shapes our reputation. @rebecca_miano @SingoeiAKorir @KenyaAirports @MOH_Kenya

Recent global oil prices have Brent near $105-106/bbl and Murban above $100, with Kenya’s September import costs for petrol and diesel notably higher than August. EPRA’s monthly formula, driven by prior-month landed costs, the stable ~130 KES/USD rate, and taxes, points to a likely pump-price increase for the Oct 15–Nov 14 cycle. Any stabilization or VAT relief could moderate it. Official figures due later today.
Rob Finnerty, your apology is acknowledged. But what made you think an African city was an acceptable symbol of decline? That assumption demands scrutiny. Nairobi is not your shorthand for failure. Africa will not remain a convenient reference point for ignorance.

Speaking during the opening of NCOF13, the Director of KMSA Edward Muriuki emphasized that the success of the OND 2026 forecast will ultimately depend not only on its accuracy, but on how effectively it informs early action and timely decisions before impacts occur.
“Climate information must be understandable, relevant and actionable.”
Under evolving El Niño conditions, preparedness must be strengthened. However, El Niño does not automatically mean heavy rainfall everywhere, other atmospheric and oceanic factors must continue to be monitored.
