To our fellow American traders:
Due to recent events, we have made the difficult decision to suspend onboarding new US traders. This measure will remain in effect until we have a clearer understanding of the legal implications surrounding US individuals trading for prop funds.
We understand this may cause inconvenience for some. However, these precaution measures are necessary to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
We are working on updating our guidelines for our US clients. We kindly request your patience as this will take a few more days.

The5ers' significant partners have confirmed to the company that the issue of brokers dismissing prop firms is mainly because brokers are not allowed to onboard 3rd party clients.
Clients of a branded prop firm are not considered direct clients of the broker.
Therefore, the prop traders are 3rd party, and this setup is not allowed.
The5ers has been here since 2016, and we will continue to give our traders only the best.
