Is it that a lot of us both online and offline do not understand what defilement means? Are parent not aware that there are some abnormal people who are referred to as pedophiles? I keep asking who is to blame. This is a case of an innocent girl child aged 11yrs, lured and sexually molested by a 44yrs old man. What do we call this? For benefit of those watching, age of sexual consent in Nigeria is 18yrs and above. Anything less, consent of the victim is immaterial (not a justification)
