I received many offers over the years for my Rank 2 RAJI, but it finally happened today! My forever #3521

It seems like we found the right community. I posted this tweet last year when the new art upgrade came out: xitter.cf/henryzEXE/status/18538… "NFT is about art. Let's bring that back. Let's not get distracted with all the other BS. Those are secondary." At that time in our journey, the chain we were on was dying, we were blindsided also by one of our largest partners. The walls were closing in on all sides. All projects that started with use were closing left and right. In order to survive, it forced me to ignore building everything else and to pick 1 thing to focus on. That one single thing was the Art. Ultimately, NFT has always been about Art and will continue to be about Art. At that time, I was getting so much shade, telling me to "communicate better", to do X, Y, Z better. These were all "builders" and "KOLs" telling me to do everything besides Art. It was tough to believe in myself especially since that Art didn't actually take us off like i expected. Maybe it wasn't about the Art after all. But, despite all of this I decided to keep pushing for another year. Absolute darkness. I knew that our Art had another level to reach, one that wasn't constrained by the previous mappings. So this time instead of focusing so much on making sure everyone who had X got X+1 and maintaining absolute rarity. I took "It's only about the art" to the max level. Which was to build the collection Art-first, aesthetics first. Because who cares about rarity if the combination is UGLY? With ME giving us launchpad, I knew we had 1 shot left. I've sold everything I own to get to this point. Even before launch, people were telling me "there's no traction, it's not going to do well". We must do X, Y, Z to gain traction. But, from the 4 years in this space all "marketing" didn't really lead to anything significant. I've always had "marketers" as I was building, and we've always had Art. We've seen "success" wherever we went. So I always assumed it was the marketing that was doing it for us. This time, I took the leap, said fuck it and let it rip. Turns out the Art is what carryies the vision after all. The product IS the marketing. The Art speaks our soul at an instant. To be at this point where key community members can see this entire journey through the Art alone is the most fulfilling feeling in the world. It shows that everything we sacrificed for was worth it. In the end the best and only communication after all was through Art. Thank you Pixel. Your words make me feel seen.
