I like how $CRCL is breaking out of this tight and compressed range within its handle. The $QQQ and Nasdaq are above their 50, so if they can hold that level, we can play ball. All of my trading has been on a small scale: 2.5% or 5% positions. If we can get consecutive closes above the 50DMA, I will ramp up.

Quick clarification on this note: the Nasdaq is above the 50 the Qs are not(as of the time of this note).

Technical analysis is still safe from AI. Fundamentals are not. A cup with handle to me can look like a double bottom to you. Both can be right. The read sits with the person looking at the chart. Fundamentals are a big part of my process. I can run them at MIT quant level with a $20 Claude subscription.

Going to grow through the watch list and look for actionable trades. There may be a bunch, but there may be none. Not financial advice. Educational purposes only! xitter.cf/i/broadcasts/1yGBePgmL…

$TEAM surfing it's 10DMA. If you use that magic line as your first stop level after a breakout, you will hold on to winners a lot easier.

There’s nothing better a company could do than blow out earnings and sales expectations. This is why I am always looking for stocks that keep doing it.
I owe $SPCX and @elonmusk a public apology. I thought the valuation SpaceX was getting was insane. Q3 changed my mind. When I'm wrong I say it, and these numbers were incredible. $14.6B revenue vs about $12.9B expected
$0.35 EPS
$8.8B adjusted EBITDA, up 306%
$7.6B of Space Intelligence revenue, up 830%. It's now their biggest segment. Elon is talking about $500B to $1T of ARR by the end of 2027. Even if they only get halfway there, I was wrong on the valuation. I'm writing a full analysis on @SeekingAlpha and upgrading my sentiment to bullish. @elonmusk I have an idea. You're giving 1 share of SpaceX to every kid in America next year through Trump Accounts. What if there was a fund where the rest of us could donate shares and try to get your commitment matched? I can't match what you're doing but I'd gladly donate $SPCX shares to a fund that gets them to kids next year. Who else would chip in? $SPCX $TSLA

On the weekly chart, $MRVL looks to be forming a cup with handle pattern. I know, I know. It's unlikely we snap right back into an uptrend after last weeks price action. But, what if we do? We should have names on a short list that may be ready to go. The thing is, memory names are so beat up. I've been talking back and forth with my agent on whether or not $SMH names can trend without the $DRAM stocks like $MU and $SNDK. They don't look to be in position quite yet. Either way, I will follow price and not my opinion. And that goes for either direction the market may go.

The Nasdaq is still under it’s 50-day moving average. Tech names will likely need time to recover from the selling pressure over the last week. We did see money go into medical and software again today. If you’re going to trade growth, it’s better to trade small until the picture clears up. I’ll continue to track the indexes and monitor how my pilot trades perform over this week.

Big week of earning with $SPCX kicking us off and then these names to come after. Looking forward to the $META call, I may actually listen to that one. I want to know the real deal on Muse.
Big earnings week ahead across technology, industrials, financials and consumer companies. With AI stocks under pressure, we’ll get another look at infrastructure spending and demand. Here are the 6 earnings I’m watching this week: $MSCI $NFLX $TSLA $META $LRCX $WDC I’m travelling this week, so my earnings updates may come a little later than usual. I’ll still share my thoughts on the results as I get to them. $MSCI (Tuesday, before open): Subscriptions and index-linked fees are growing strongly, but higher expenses unsettled investors last quarter. Last earnings reaction: 🔴 ↓8.7% ◆ Question: Can fee growth continue to outpace rising expenses if financial markets remain volatile? $NFLX (Tuesday, after close): Netflix is still growing profitably, but slowing viewing engagement and recent job cuts have renewed concerns about its growth strategy. Last earnings reaction: 🔴 ↓6.4% ◆ Question: Can advertising and pricing sustain revenue growth and strong margins as engagement slows? $TSLA (Wednesday, after close): Tesla has already reported 486,532 vehicle deliveries for Q3. Now attention turns to profitability and the cost of its autonomy ambitions. Last earnings reaction: 🔴 ↓15.6% ◆ Question: Can stronger deliveries translate into better margins and cash generation while investment in autonomy continues? $META (Wednesday, after close): Advertising remains strong, but Meta’s enormous AI investment programme is putting pressure on free cash flow. Last earnings reaction: 🔴 ↓9.2% ◆ Question: Can advertising growth generate enough additional cash to support the AI buildout without further squeezing free cash flow? $LRCX (Wednesday, after close): Lam Research is benefiting from strong investment in advanced chip manufacturing, particularly memory. But the recent AI sell-off has raised questions about how long spending can accelerate. Last earnings reaction: 🟢 ↑10.4% ◆ Question: Are memory and advanced chipmaking investments still strong enough to support Lam’s ambitious growth outlook? $WDC (Thursday, after close): Western Digital is benefiting from strong cloud storage demand, with higher sales and expanding margins. Expectations have risen sharply too. Last earnings reaction: 🔴 ↓17.7% ◆ Question: Can data-centre storage demand sustain strong pricing and further margin expansion? Every earnings report reshapes the Top Percentile rankings.

10/6 all of the genomics stocks got smoked. $NTRA has handled that selloff very well. Consolidating and rounding out in a base. Excellent price action.

This is why I don't short individual stocks. You just never know who is going to get bought out. Today it's $BRZE
We signed a definitive agreement to acquire @Braze, a leading customer engagement platform that helps marketers build deeper customer relationships by responding to customer behavior in real time and coordinating personalized experiences across channels. Following close, Braze’s real-time engagement and AI decisioning capabilities are expected to complement all four layers of Salesforce’s architecture — Data 360, Customer 360, Agentforce, and SIforce. Going to cash is the easy part. Getting back in is where I usually get hurt. So I'm writing my rules for coming back now, while I'm calm. Later, when stocks are running, I won't trust myself to make them up.

When the Russell 2000 ($IWM) has struggled, so has momentum strategies. If you trade high-beta growth, this is the index you should be watching, along with $QQQ. Today has been a good start, but we need to get above these declining moving averages for me to start putting money to work.

FOMO is the reason so many traders lose money. You know how to recognize and buy setups. But can you be patient enough to wait for the conditions to be in your favor?
