She didn't lose the case because she believed in biology. I'd assume most health workers believe in biology.
She lost the case because there was NO evidence her union discriminated against her on the grounds of "gender critical" beliefs.
The dismissal today of Sandie Peggie’s case against the Royal College of Nursing should concern every healthcare professional who believes in biological reality.
