I’m honored to be shadowbanned.
It means I said something true.
Censorship isn’t silence, it’s a signal.
The truth doesn’t need ads. It needs warriors.

Getting sued doesn’t hurt.
Getting garnished does.
The difference between the two is usually a deadline someone ignored.

That’s why I push so hard for people to take action instead of ignoring the lawsuit.
Even a rough start counts. A client came to me recently, and when I pulled her docket, her Answer was handwritten. Two or three sentences.
But she filed it on time. That one page kept her from a default and kept the case alive. She’s since amended it into a real Answer, and now the plaintiff has to actually prove its case.
Ignoring it is the only move that guarantees they win. Everything else gives you a shot.

Portfolio Recovery sued him in Tennessee.
He didn’t ignore it. Here’s what he filed:
A written sworn denial. Under oath, he denied the account and the amount.
A demand letter. He asked for the bill of sale, the card agreement for his account, and the name of their witness.
An affidavit putting on record what happened next.
Trial day: no witness from Portfolio Recovery showed up. Case dismissed.
That’s the second PRA case in about a week where they didn’t show.
His words: 👇

Debt buyers win most cases by default. Once you make them prove it, a lot of them stop showing up.
Sued or got a judgment?
DM me, or email your summons / paperwork to: [email protected]
Free review. You’ll know your deadline and what they have to prove before they can win.
Don’t let them win by default!

Plaintiff got a default judgment. Sent a receiver after her bank account. Chased her for 3 years.
She appealed. Trial was set for this morning.
Plaintiff didn’t show up.
I guess they don’t want to play anymore. 🤷♂️
Congrats to you. You know who you are. 🫡

Every state has a board that takes complaints about judges. This is Pennsylvania's, straight from the public form.
It can't change a ruling. It only reviews conduct that violates the judicial code.
Wrong law goes to appeal. Misconduct goes here. Either way, dated records are what everything else is built on.

They respect exposure, not complaints.
Affidavits. Notices. Certificates of service. Motions.
That is the stack that makes a collector treat you like a problem instead of a balance.

One consult can cost more than their entire library.
They price guides at $17–$37 because the point is access, not billable hours.
30-day money-back. Instant delivery.
Complete Arsenal (every guide + future releases) is $147.
Compare that to one afternoon with a lawyer.

Ignoring a summons doesn’t make the case go away.
It just hands them the default.
The first document you file can change the whole case.
Answer. Motion. Record.
Free case review. No obligation.
Send the summons to [email protected]

Thank you @skillz17q
Ignoring a summons is the one move guaranteed to lose the case.
If you’ve been served, don’t wait and don’t guess. We’ll tell you exactly what you’re dealing with and what your options are.

This is a judicial foreclosure.
Not a collection letter, Not a credit dispute.
A lawsuit to take someone's home.
They filed it on March 5th. Eight days before the deadline their own servicer put in writing. While a federal validation demand was sitting open and unanswered.
That is not aggressive lawyering. That is a violation of federal law.
15 U.S.C. 1692g(b) is clear. Once a consumer disputes a debt in writing, all collection activity must stop until verification is provided. No exceptions. Filing a lawsuit IS collection activity.
They knew the demand was pending. They wrote back on February 3rd acknowledging it. They committed to a March 13th response date in writing.
Then filed suit March 5th anyway.
That administrative package sent on January 30th is now Exhibit A in a motion asking a Texas state court judge to abate the entire case and dismiss for lack of standing.
One coordinated move. Sent about seven months ago. Changed everything.
This is why the administrative record is not optional. It is not busywork. It is not a formality.
It is the weapon you build before they make their move.
And they made theirs too early.
This case is not over yet. But the truth is... it should have never been filed.

She didn't find out she was being sued. She found out her account was frozen.
No process server. No court notice. No hearing date. Just a letter that looked like every other collection notice she'd ever ignored.
$1,700 disappeared from her account before she knew a judgment existed.
Here's the part debt buyers don't want people to know: service by mail alone, with no court order allowing it, doesn't hold up.
A judgment built on bad service is void.
We drafted a motion to vacate the default judgment, unfreeze her funds, and force this case to be litigated on the actual facts instead of decided by default.
If your bank account is how you found out about a lawsuit, you still have options.
