I met someone today ( a 40 year old man) that had no idea what a comic book was. I had to describe what they are as clearly as I could while being in awe that there was a need to. First time for everything 🤘🏻✏️🤘🏻

THIS MONTH IN D&D HISTORY, OCTOBER 1991 ☀️💀
TSR unleashed DARK SUN.
Timothy Brown and Troy Denning gave us Athas, sorcerer kings, brutal arenas, scarce metal, and magic that could kill the land beneath your feet.
And Brom made every inch of it look dangerous.
Thirty five years later, that artwork still makes me thirsty.
You wanted treasure. Your character wanted water. The halflings wanted to discuss dinner, and you were on the menu.
Who survived a Dark Sun campaign… and how many characters did it take? 🎲
