Appreciate everyone who has reached out regarding individual GetQuick sessions for the summer. I'm currently settling things from track season & finalizing details for our RCHS camp. Should be reaching out to folks in the next 24 hours regarding scheduling of individual sessions.
75 individual athletes from throughout SE Illinois. 9-year-olds up through college. Every sport I can think of and too many accomplishments to count. Here's a look back at some of what Get Quick Athletes achieved in 2023.

Been a blast working with @ianwink05 this summer, one of the bounciest and most explosive kids I’ve ever gotten to Coach. Some guys are just fun to watch.

Last summer I took my daughter to a Jr. Olympic meet at U of I unattached. Got there to find most athletes representing track clubs from central & northern IL, & a few athletes from SE IL there on their own. This summer my friend @NCHSTrackField & I aim to do something about it.

5 years into #FeedtheCats, & we finally have our 1st 23mph man. After chasing it for over a year, Sr. Ayden Cothern left no doubt on our 1st trip out to the track in over a month. He hit 23.5 mph twice, once w/ a decent tailwind & once w/ no wind at all. So stoked for this kid.⚡️
