We should all be able to collectively agree that we should be better stewards to the only living planet in our known universe that gave us life and nourishes all LIFE as we know it.
To me at least it seems like something worth protecting, not abusing for 5% of the population individual glory, ego, power and wealth, those actions alone should be considered a crime against humanity
I want my children and their children and theirs and theirs to all enjoy life on earth 🌍 ideally with less manufactured crisis.
Much love folks, let’s all do better

🚨 Scientists gave women suffering from postpartum depression ONE injection of a new psychedelic.
And 7 days later...
71% WERE IN REMISSION.
Not just feeling a little better.
Their depression scores had dropped into the remission range.
The drug is called: 𝘭𝘶𝘷𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘭𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘯.
It's related to psilocybin, but its psychedelic effects wear off much faster.
Even 28 days later, around 70% of the full-dose group were still in remission.
The low-dose group improved too, but only 41% reached remission.
And the FDA has now granted the treatment Breakthrough Therapy status.
Imagine what something like this could mean for new mothers who are struggling.
❤️
This is how I remember wrestling my dad went as a kid…

And it exactly how it looks when my kids try and wrestle me…

This goes for anxiety, grief, loss, or even a lack of confidence. I find this technique and this idea really interesting and helpful. It’s difficult to put into words, but there is a time and place to embrace the uncertainty and “hug the cactus” as I’ve sometimes heard it described. Break the chain of negativity, and be open to light and positivity in your life. Remember to make room for the good. This is a message that I don’t often get to discuss but I think it’s an important conversation, I have found this helpful, and I hope maybe it can help someone else. There is no one perfect way to get through any challenge as long as you are kind to yourself, and those around you. Keep moving forward 💛
😔
This polar bear died of starvation in its homeland, which is supposed to be teeming with prey. Photographer and biologist Paul Nicklen, who has spent more than 30 years in the Arctic, says that during most of those years he only came across one dead polar bear, and then within just two weeks his team found two that had died of starvation. Polar bears rely on sea ice to hunt seals, and with rising temperatures and receding ice, the search for food becomes longer and more difficult, potentially ending with some of them dying of hunger.
Best thing sometimes is to be able to just be….. without everyones expectations of what u should be.
Yea…. so… must have gotten the days wrong because I sucked today…
Sunday-funday will be send-day
Sorry for the mix up everyone
I think multiple truths can exist here.
Correct, we don’t need flying cars, but we do need clean water, healthy soil, and more stable resource use. That part is obvious.
Now, at the same time…. tech like this inspires the next generation of builders. Some of them will focus on the exact problems you’re talking about… a cleaner systems, better materials, less waste.
So what I see in this, is the possibility of eventually needing far fewer paved roads. Once hover/flying tech is reliable we could reclaim a huge amount of concrete and asphalt. Less pavement means less heat absorption and a cooler planet, especially if we pair it with buildings that work with nature instead of against it.
A healthier, greener future is possible. It just requires more people looking for what we can actually agree on and building from there instead of treating every new idea as a threat.
🤷♂️
I don't want flying cars.
I want rivers and ocean I can swim in with friends.
I want food that isn't full of toxic chemicals and clean soil to grow it in.
I want raw nature and wilderness and places on the earth I can get lost without seeing another human.
I want air that isn't "geoengineered" and polluted.
Science is cool. Technological advancement is cool, but I don't think this makes us happier as humans.
Real human connection and clean, natural food lead to happiness. This I know. Flying cars? I'm not sure.
Maybe I am a troglodyte...
This was by all accounts bad ass!
My kids eyes lit up when they saw this!
My inner child playing with hot wheels as a kid also… just woke up
This moment will inspire many young minds!
When the internet is flooded with billions of perfect, flawless, AI-generated songs, flawless mediocrity becomes worthless…..
That’s when the economic value shifts entirely to the Human Premium.
That’s my prediction 🤷♂️
Real People Don't Have sole Niches:
Only corporations, brand ambassadors, and grifters live inside a strict creative box….. A real, living, sovereign person is a messy mix of political frustrations, deep love, objective sanity, and flawed moments where they lose their temper at stupidity.
Anyways , have a lovely day to my fellow flawed humans…..

I think social media has given most of us a mild form of collective psychosis. We’re emotionally dysregulated by strangers, paranoid about people we’ve never met, addicted to manufactured outrage, and convinced that being constantly exposed to everything means we understand anything. We need to log off and remember we’re animals on a rock.

Today has taught me that nuance is completely dead on Twitter.
I can be sad that the man died in the tiger enclosure AND be glad that the tiger won’t be killed.
I can disapprove of live-streamed execution AND hate what the terrorist did.
I can acknowledge Selma Blair’s previous behaviour AND ask that her condition be a considering factor, without excusing her.
I can disapprove of the botched Pike execution AND be disgusted by what she did to her victim.
Who said it has to be binary choice all the time?
Best part of the rise of AI or SI or whatever stupid acronym is being touted… I like that it’s given me an excuse for my terrible grammar and punctuation and a liberal use of…… to differentiate me from machine …..
At least that’s what I’m telling people from now on…..
This album is def Grammy worthy
Love the whole thing but the second half is by far my favourite
Anyways, I have no idea who can vote for Grammy nominee or how it works… but if you can then give the album a listen before you vote.
And for the non rap fans it may surprise you. As the style and lyricism Prof uses is not like your typical rapper…
Here’s some news for yall- ‘Good Time Boy’ is being considered by the GRAMMY Awards® for best rap album. Plus the title track ‘Good Time Boy’ is being considered for best rap performance.. If you’re a GRAMMY® voter or know someone who is, hollller. The first round of voting to determine the nominees is live from now through October 22nd.
s/o everyone who made the album possible.
