Good turnout of 14 for last night considering the torrential rain which started the session.
We all looked like drowned rats within 2 minutes but fair play to everyone for a fantastic session.
No pic of us as with messy hair we’d probably frighten everyone. 🤣
Good to see Lewis back singing and with new music after a prolonged period not performing. The outpouring of love from the @glastonbury crowd and the public shows how much you are thought of.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there however you are a father to your child.
Father’s Day can be a difficult time for some, whether you’ve lost your dad or lost a child.
Today can be a very difficult and emotional day and we would not want you to feel alone.
A combined team of our mental wellbeing & Over 40’s groups entered @lifeleisureUK 7 a side tournament.
Had defeats of 4-0, 3-0 & 2-0 but also a win of 2-0.
Enjoyed playing with these fellas for 2 fantastic causes

We’re a group of over 40’s keeping active through football & banter.
