Christopher is a System Administrator at a financial services firm with over a thousand employees. His review isn't about features. It's about deployment.
No per-user setup project, no browser extension policy to negotiate, no rollout that needs its own change request. The last line of his review is the one we're proudest of: FlowShare is very popular in our company. Adoption is the real test.
A tool that IT can deploy easily and employees actually use is a rarer combination than it should be. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you for the review, Christopher. 👉 getflowshare.com
This is what onboarding looks like when the process only exists in one person's head.
Four explanations. Four hours. Nothing written down at the end of any of them.
FlowShare captures the process while your expert works. They run it once, you get a step-by-step guide.
🤖 Made with AI
Explain it once. Not once per hire.

Ask your IT lead how many apps run your company.
They’ll say “maybe 15.
The real number is usually 3-4x that and most of it never shows up on any list. 👇

🤯 The SAP knowledge in your organisation lives in about four people's heads.
They know which transaction code comes first, which field breaks the posting if you fill it in the wrong order, and what the workaround is for that one process nobody ever fixed.
The part that matters for SAP specifically: much of SAP still runs outside the browser. FlowShare runs on the machine and recognises SAP interface elements in both SAP GUI and Fiori, desktop and browser alike.
A guide nobody can find is the same as a guide nobody wrote.
This is the quiet failure mode of documentation projects. The work gets done.
