when you close a customer (or candidate), always close the loop with the person who made the intro for you it's so easy to do, yet so few people actually do it good job @getcabal for building this in as a feature & congrats to @withdefault for closing this customer 🎉

If you're at a smaller organization, lean on leadership to help you make intros into key accounts you're either working or have intel that will be compelling to solve a challenge. B2B SaaS is a team sport.

Frustrating to read an investor update & have no idea how the company is actually doing. I want to see: 1) revenue, burn, cash on hand 2) other KPI's / priorities (margin/cac etc) relative to previous periods & a score 3) successes (new logos)/failures (churn) 4) how we can help
