We’re excited to share that GMV will be presenting at ENC2026 the UHUT developed in the Germinal Project as the leader of the consortium made up of IMDEA and UAB. GMV’s Marcelo Meneses will present the paper and the work behind this innovative hybrid navigation solution. #ENC2026
IMDEA Networks is a partner in #GERMINAL 🇪🇺, an EUSPA-funded project developing a Universal Hybrid User Terminal (UHUT) and an advanced IoT receiver. IMDEA contributes 5G integration to enhance PNT robustness. #5G #GNSS #PNT #EUSPA #GMV #IMDEA #UAB #Navigation #Connectivity
🛰️GNSS meets IoT
GMV is developing an ultra-optimized SDR GNSS receiver that runs on low-end microprocessors => NO dedicated GNSS chip needed.
🚀Lower BoM, smaller footprint, full positioning.
Some use cases:
· Asset tracking.
· Smart machinery.
