Today was my career record for de-prescribing supplements: lovely new patient with CAD taking a total of 132 supplements per day(yes you read that right!) thanks to all of the ālongevityā experts who love a grift. We replaced them all with $4 rosuvastatin. Wellness is unwell.
Anyone know of studies on impact of entresto specifically on QOL in older adults? WHO ARE MY GERI CARDS PEEPS OUT THERE?? I know it helps the middle aged but I see soooo much hypotension in older adults on this med. #cardiology #geriatrician #HFrEF
