"Cat Murphy is a master's student at the University of Maryland, credentialed as a reporter for our Capital News Service and doing the job we teach our students to do. Cat recorded openly in a public space alongside other news outlets, and that is her legal right," Dean Rafael Lorente (@DeanLorente) said. "I'm proud of how she handled herself in a difficult situation."

"You try to not focus on the result, just the process and the work, and let the result be what it is," Terps QB Malik Washington says.
"It's nothing to do with our work. I think the team's working really hard. We have the process. We're trying to iron out the small details."

"Really pleased with the production. Haven't been pleased with the post-snap things" re: penalties.
"I'm frustrated like our fans, but I have also been here to know what it's like when you get it up over the hump, and I think I've seen a shift in the last two weeks that we're on track," Locksley says.
"We've done some good things on the football side. We haven't done it consistently," Mike Locksley says about his career at Maryland. "Finding how to consistently win here is not just a Coach Locks problem. It's a problem that I think any coach that's worked here [has had]."
