Anggun, a baby sun bear from East Kalimantan, Indonesia, was found alone after a forest and land fire separated her from her mother. Rescuers brought her to the East Kalimantan Natural Resources Conservation Agency for care, and she is now recovering at the Long Sam Wildlife Rescue Center. Along with receiving milk, Anggun is learning essential natural behaviors such as walking, climbing, and searching for food. These skills are important for her development and could help prepare her for a possible return to the wild. For now, her rehabilitation is focused on helping her become healthy and independent.
