It's truly a tragedy that this war is still ongoing. We pray for a swift resolution and are ever in awe of the resilience of the Ukrainian people and those supporting them.
To mark one year since the invasion of #Ukraine, we are sharing reflections from CCJ Presidents @chiefrabbi, @CardinalNichols, @JustinWelby & @RabbiWittenberg on the role of #faith in supporting reconciliation & peace (featured in our magazine, 6 min read) mcusercontent.com/8c43c54dd4…

Leonie was a giant in our community and beyond, a truly inspiring leader and champion of so many causes including interfaith and volunteering. Her passing is a deep loss to all who knew her and benefited from her warmth and support. May her memory be a blessing.
Early this morning, our dear friend, Leonie Lewis passed away. Leonie was an inspiration figure who’s presence will be missed. She touched the lives of so many. Our thoughts and prayers are with her loved ones. Here is a message from our Director, @mustafafield

Mitzvah Day never asks for money, instead we collect donated items. Usually. Read this blog and thread to understand why in times of Humanitarian Crisis things are different and we have to respond differently.
🟢 // 𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝑰 𝒉𝒆𝒍𝒑? This is a question that so often comes up, whether it’s in relation to a Mitzvah Day project or generally as events unfold around the world. We’ve learnt to be guided by the experts and to ask what is needed and then really listen to the answer.

Incredibly moving @HMD_UK ceremony. Goosebumps hearing the rendition by the Freedom Choir and the powerful testimony shared by survivors of genocide in Bosnia, Cambodia, Darfur, Rwanda and the Holocaust. #HolocaustMemorialDay #LightTheDarkness
