Absolutely horrified! #notinourname
I'm losing followers because I'm calling out the vile racist thuggery that's been happening. Good. Anyone excusing actual lynch mobs and people throwing up Nazi salutes can do one. You will not be missed.

With death and dying filling the headlines very day its surprising how little interest there is on how those deaths happen. Urgently need focus on access and capacity of palliative/end of life care, ability to have discussions on advance care planning/DNACPR. 1/2
