Think back to June or July when you realistically looked at the schedule. There is no way you wouldn’t have accepted one possession losses to Indiana and Oregon to be sitting at 5-2.
A win against Washington should put us at 8-2 with two games left that could be very special.
There will be a separate gate in Heaven for Nebraska football fans.
“Ok, you’ve been through enough. Right through here.”
Coaches need to admit they aren’t the smartest guy in the room. Rhule is a great face for a program. He wins press conferences, recruiting battles, etc.
X’s and O’s? NO.
Hire Urban Meyer as the Director of Football Operations. Pay him whatever it takes through 2032.
Thank God for the Oregon Money Line wagers.
It’s like life insurance - yeah, my loved one may have died but I printed.
Why didn’t we have 7 guys up Raiola’s ass every play. Force him to take a sack, intentional grounding, or throw a pick.
Do what every fucking team did to him when he was our QB1.
So simple. Horrible coaching and game management.
It has nothing to do with the # of playoff teams - it has everything to do with how the teams are selected and seeded.
Take the human element out of it and no one will bitch about it.
1982, the Huskers traveled to Aloha Stadium and quickly found themselves in a dogfight with the Rainbow Warriors.
Lyell Bremser’s voice filled with concern through 3 quarters with the #3 Huskers trailing 7-16.
Gill, Craig and Fryar took control and the Big Red wins 37-16.
Totally unbiased. This alone should be a deal breaker for ESPN having anything to do with the structure of college football.

I am going to blow my kid’s inheritance traveling around the country watching Husker playoff games and I’m ok with that.
Remember the feeling you had immediately following this TD - thinking we could dominate anyone we played, win the conference, and become a top 5 team.
That’s the feeling Husker fans had every day up until Bill Callahan came to town.
Beat the Ducks and we have it back! GBR!
The moxie of Colandrea to point at @_willcompton on the way into the end zone... Man we were on top of the world
.... For 4 minutes
This still has potential to be a storybook season. Win next week and we forget all about today.
GO BIG RED! BEAT THE DUCKS!
