I will NEVER buy anything again from #TikTokShop!!! I am so angry it’s unreal. I bought 2 items from separate companies at Christmas, they were being shipped from abroad so they took a while to be shipped and were apparently delivered on the 7th January. Expect they weren’t! 1/3
My order status says delivered but I havent received either of them. My family was at home all day & no one knocked & there were no alerts on our doorbell camera to show that anyone tried to deliver any packages. So Ive either been scammed & they never shipped my products OR 2/3
The delivery company has just decided they want to keep my packages & stolen them. But I was never given any details about the delivery company so I cant contact them directly. I’ve also had both of my refund requests rejected by the sellers. Never buying again @TikTokSupport 3/3
