Words can quite describe just how magnificent #ProjectHailMary is. Everything from the stunning cinematography and direction to the masterful score and acting is a tour de force. It’s pure cinematic brilliance! Some films will change your life, this is one of them. Generational.

Let's get this clear, if someone is upset by a teacher wearing a Palestine badge, the teacher is not being antisemitic. That person is being racist towards Palestinians. This really isn't hard.
Teachers to be banned from wearing Palestine badges as review finds 3 in 5 Jewish pupils have faced antisemitism at school trib.al/00Lztkq

If showing support for Palestine is anti semitic, then showing support for Israel is Islamophobic . You cant have it both ways.

Watched Amazon Prime’s #LoveofYourLife earlier and absolutely fell in love with it. A beautiful, heartbreaking film that explores grief, love and loss so poignantly. The story is nothing unique, but Qualley’s performance is so touching that it doesn’t matter. I truly loved it! 🫶

No. The reason we booed you was because you’re a rapist and a woman abuser. It’s got fuck all to do with football. #AVFC
🚨 Mason Greenwood on being loudly booed by Aston Villa fans on his return to England:
🗣️ Mason Greenwood: “I knew what was waiting for me. I heard it from the first minute. Every time I touched the ball, the noise changed. When I lost it, they celebrated. When I got it, they wanted me to know they hadn’t forgotten.
“I’ve lived with this for years now. Different countries, different kits, different people. Some nights it feels quieter. Some nights it comes back all at once. Tonight it came back loud.
“They were singing the score when it went 3-0. I just kept my head down and tried to play. I’ve beaten this team twice before. Different competitions, different moments. They remember those as well. That’s why the noise was so strong tonight. They know what I’ve done to them.
“When I was substituted, it got even louder. Walking off while they’re singing at you… you just learn how to keep walking. You can’t answer the crowd. The only answer is what you do on the pitch the next time you face them.
“People will say different things about me. Some will say I deserved every bit of it. Some will say enough time has passed. I’m not here to convince either side. I just want to play football. That’s what I’ve always wanted.
“Fenerbahçe lost 6-0. That’s the result tonight. The noise is something else. I’ve heard it before and I’ll hear it again. And when we play them next, I’ll still be looking for the same thing I’ve always looked for against them.”
My 5 most matched films since 2020 according to @letterboxd…what are yours? 🟠🟢🔵
Finished the first 2eps of #VisionQuest and honestly, I’m at a loss for words. What a bloody excellent start! Paul Bettany and James Spader are great, their comedy is gold, but Ruaridh Mollica is the true standout so far. It’s intelligent, emotional and heartfelt, I loved it!👏👏
