Synchro-PASEF out now in MCP: a very fast & sensitive new scan mode for #timsTOF @bruker. It links fragments to precursors enabling the deconvolution of DIA space to DDA-like ‘pure fragmentation spectra’ by slicing precursors in ion mobility dimension.

Our new preprint with #Bruker introduces synchro-PASEF, a highly efficient DIA scan mode that follows the ion cloud naturally. Fragments are directly linked to precursors via precursor slicing, generating pure, DDA-like ms/ms spectra.
