It took the beheading of the Bangladesh couples for the whole world to see what Netanyahu has been screaming about Islam.
Yesterday was a revelation.

Twice as many Christians have been murdered by Islamists in Africa in the past year than Palestinians in Gaza during the past three years of war.
Yet, the media has entirely ignored the ongoing slaughter of Christians in Africa.

Nearly thirty years ago, one of the greatest charlatans in the history of British politics was ushered into Downing Street amid a sea of plastic union jacks and the tones of D:Ream's 'Things can only get better'.
Now we're all wondering if Britain will survive the decade.

Charlotte's Brain Tumour Journey
The live of a teenager living a terminal brain tumour
Diagnosis to Death: 951 days
Age 19
18.2.97 - 24.2016
13 years ago 16th October 2013
Charlotte had come off the original chemotherapy, which would cause her hair to fall out, and had moved onto a different one (Temozolomide) that we understood would not cause hair loss. We had also been led to believe that the radiotherapy would only cause her to lose a little hair in the area being treated.
We thought this would be a small patch at the base of her skull on the left-hand side. While Charlotte was having her treatment, the staff began talking about hair loss. They seemed to assume that Charlotte already knew she would lose all her hair and be completely bald.
Charlotte had her hair shaved off at home in August but it had started to grow back. They also explained that there was a possibility she could lose her eyelashes as a result of the radiotherapy. Her eyelashes were beautiful. They were so long that even the staff in the department had thought they were false. Charlotte was inconsolable. She was totally devastated and broken by the news
She was only 16, and she had already been through so much. We had thought we understood what to expect, and suddenly she was being faced with the possibility of losing not just her hair, but her beautiful eyelashes too. I cannot begin to describe how heartbreaking it was to see her so distressed.
Hair might seem like a small thing to some people, but to Charlotte, it was a huge part of how she saw herself. She was already trying to come to terms with a brain tumour diagnosis, and this felt like yet another thing being taken away from her. Looking back, I wish we had been better prepared for that conversation. Charlotte deserved to be told gently, with care and understanding, rather than having to absorb such devastating news while she was already struggling to cope.
Please consider donating to Charlotte's BAG to help fund vital brain tumour research. Research carried out in Charlotte's Lab at King's College London covers all types of brain tumours, helping the wider brain tumour community. We are a small, entirely self-funded charity, which means 100% of your donation goes directly to research. No salaries. No overheads. No advertising. No merchandise.

So you want people who never owned slaves to pay people who were never slaves?
If you’re grandfather gets a 75 year sentence for murdering someone but dies after 25 years - you’re ok serving the other 50 years of his sentence?

As an Australian, I’m not impressed by a group of people who earned their freedom in the same decade as the convicts, but never managed to get past their victimhood identity for long enough to find individual self actualisation.
I’d be more impressed if you built flying cars like some of the other African immigrants have.

In the pub tonight I talked to Scots from Edinburgh, a Dane, Norwegians and folk from Bolton. All took the lead in saying they are sick of immigrantion, Third World invaders & the financial cost of our Welfare being consumed by foreigners. The fear of speaking the truth has gone.

Who are the rioters in France? We need to know, to prevent similar riots in Britain. Why is nobody describing the rioters in more detail?

A man jailed for immigration deception after a judge condemned his “deliberate, extended manipulation” of the system is now the BBC’s principal data scientist for Responsible AI, helping shape how the corporation uses AI and how news is represented through it.
Hicham Yezza (picture here with Moazzam Begg, the former Guantánamo Bay detainee) was sentenced to nine months in prison in 2009 after falsely claiming he had permission to remain in Britain. He had overstayed his visa by more than five years. He later successfully appealed against deportation and is now a British citizen.
Before joining the BBC, Yezza also described Hamas rocket attacks as “resistance”, accused Israel of ethnic cleansing and called it an apartheid regime built on stolen land.
He founded the pro-Palestinian Ceasefire magazine and later joined BBC Monitoring in 2021, where The Telegraph says he produced reports concerning Gaza.
His current BBC role involves guiding responsible AI policy and developing benchmarks for how AI assistants represent public-service news.
There is an extraordinary contrast here.
When the Asserson Report used AI alongside data scientists and other researchers to analyse millions of words of BBC Israel-Hamas coverage, the corporation responded: “We have serious questions about the methodology of this report, particularly its heavy reliance on AI to analyse impartiality.”
Yet the BBC now entrusts a senior role in determining how AI should approach and represent news to someone who had publicly expressed such strongly anti-Israel views before joining it.
The BBC says Yezza’s controversial statements and immigration case pre-date his employment, that he has not breached its social-media rules while working there, and that he stopped working for Ceasefire when he joined. So that's all OK then!
An extraordinary background — and an extraordinary contrast in the BBC’s attitude towards AI scrutiny of news.
