This Summer is hot. Very hot.
But on average this is the least extreme weather you’ll experience for the rest of your life.
@KevinClimate is a voice you simply can’t ignore on this stuff.

#IPCC's 2022 #ClimateReport shows heatwaves in Europe will become more frequent, more intense & will last longer.
By 2050, about half of the European population may be exposed to high or very high risk of heat stress during summer.

This is only the beginning.
The climate crisis is here.
So why are politicians and most of the media still acting as though this can wait?
It can't.
We can still avoid some of the worst impacts - but only if we find the courage to act.

One of the most terrifying images in history: a transformation from life to death.
Gaza in 2023 and 2026!
Absolutely loved being part of this yesterday 🤩 My 3 month old daughter even joined for some of the route 👶
Awesome atmosphere, and great music. Fantastic route as well @BikeWalkScoot 👏🏻
Thank you @domwhiting and can’t wait for next time!
Signing Ollie Watkins makes more sense, at this moment in time, to me than Benjamin Sesko. However, if Sesko fulfills potential (quickly!), United now have an incredibly exciting attack 🔥
Strong midfielder needed now, then you may as well hand us the league title!

Japan, Turkey and the city of Tampa, Florida - likely other places too - have all broken their recorded temperature records IN THE LAST WEEK ALONE.
This is climate breakdown.
Media: near silence.

Tackling pavement parking needs to be a priority. It’s a social justice issue and disabled people have been waiting too long for change ✍️ @ToniaAntoniazzi

Met Office: UK temperatures of 45C+ now possible in today’s climate, while heatwaves could go on for over a month.
We are not ready for what's coming, or taking fast enough action to prevent even worse.
Government's 1st duty is to protect citizens.

Disastrous season for #mufc however I’m probably the most optimistic I’ve been for a number of years! Finally starting to get the right signings in, moving the right players on, a manager who seems to get it, and some top, top academy talent coming through 🔥
Top 4 next year ⏳

Manchester United’s ‘banter era’ over the last 10 years:
2x FA Cups
2x League Cups
1x Europa League.
Would be 99% of clubs golden era.
It’s nowhere near good enough by our standards. But the likes of Newcastle and Spurs fans really need to pipe down.
