Oh my God….WTF!!! Adding to this the fact that they constantly give out free merch to the employees and voice actors aren’t allowed to participate. We also no longer get free copies of our own work. We don’t even get invited to Christmas parties. We are just a product.

Dragunov held the NXT UK Title for 346 days. He was NXT champion for 200 days. He was United States champion for 75 days. All of which were longer than the whopping 42 day TNT Title run for Hobbs.
The 946 was Royce’s idea. All the members in it were people Royce wanted to be in it. He’s feuding with the most popular faction of the last six years and the biggest star in the business today.
AEW had him as a bodyguard for fucking HOOK for four years.
Never compare those two again as if they’re even remotely similar.

Mayu Iwatani on the recent departures from Marigold:
“I think the wrestlers do this because they love pro wrestling. However, it’s a fact that many people have left. Their hearts must break somewhere along the way. Good things happen if you stay. I can’t tell them not to quit, but I hope they keep going. The ones who transferred and the new members who joined must have made their moves with a certain level of resolve. Yet that gets thrown away so easily. I don’t know, but it made me think, ‘So that was the extent of everyone’s resolve.’ It’s difficult because everyone is different.
I transferred to this promotion with absolute resolve, so saying ‘I guess I quit’ without accomplishing anything is something I can never do, nor do I want to. I don’t want to live such an uncool life. Saying this might cause friction. But this is how I truly feel. In my previous promotion, I worked as the Icon and was able to grow alongside the promotion. I lived a cool way of life. But right now, I can’t consider myself cool. That’s why I think my fans must feel anxious to some extent. No matter what I say, I’ll probably get criticized anyway, but as the Icon, I haven’t accomplished anything yet. I want to work hard together with everyone who is here now. I will not quit like this.”

"Japanese people are far too negative about age."
Unagi Sayaka casually announced her real age at her birthday show two years ago and witness the crowd fall into a state of silence. That moment became the catalyst for her photo essay, released on her 40th birthday on 2nd September, and it runs through everything she believes.
Have you ever wondered why she is named "Unagi" Sayaka? Well, it's simply because she loves eels and because standing out among 30 wrestlers in Stardom demanded something unforgettable. The side effect: "Whenever I go out to eat with people in the industry, they'll say, 'Shall we take Unagi out for some unagi?' It has a massive effect." she told WEB The Television.
Getting fired from Stardom sharpened everything further. "I felt that if I didn't change right then and there, I would vanish without ever becoming anybody in this life." She set up her own company, worked desperately, and watched everything flip. Her conclusion: "Hey, you can do anything if you just try."
The book, she admits, is the first time she's shown the negative side publicly because she always believed her job was to energise people and make them smile. But she's 40 now. And she's done pretending the only version of her worth showing is the one that has everything figured out.

No Dragunov was not vocal.
He has not mentioned one time about WWE reducing his pay.
You just make up shit to make it up.
They released 25 people. 3 were asked and declined pay cuts (Ridge accepted a pay cut when he went to NXT)
Dragunov has not mentioned pay at all.
That’s your problem. You just assume shit and roll with it without verifying if any of it is actually accurate
Im not playing no victim and I don’t only watch AEW, I watch about near every freaking wrestling promotion I can because I love watching wrestling.
Some I like more than others.
Some of y’all label me some AEW tribalist when I’m not because I speak pretty positive of WWE, NWA, TNA, and others.
Kofi & Creed, Sheamus, Ilja Dragunov, & Ridge Holland all were vocal about TKO reducing their pay.
Other wrestlers were more than likely offered a pay cut as well who were released but didn’t come out and say it because they probably did not want to burn the bridge with TKO/WWE.
Which is fine, I respect that decision.
Nice to know you talked to every person on the planet outside of Ireland if they bought a ticket to see Sheamus or not.
Must have taken you a while to do that.
Pretty impressive I must say.
You can’t speak for everyone dude lol
Plenty of people are fans of Sheamus in and out of Ireland. I’m one of them.
I’ve been a Sheamus fan since I saw him in ECW.

Anywhere else that's a fireable offense. At least taken off TV for a while. We'll see what they do...or don't.

I've been screaming for weeks about what JJ McCarthy can do for this offense. How this was the ticket to restart the running game. I'm glad it's a fact now. We are going to win this division. End of story. #NYGIANTS
