I can handle repeat patients.
I can handle it when they return due to similar causes because of their line of work.
What I despise, however, is when my clinic receives repeating patients for similar symptoms or injuries because of their constant carelessness!
Businesses love the prospect of returning customers. It means they trust their product, and would gladly buy for more.
Hospitals and clinics are similar, and that they pride themselves that the service they provide outshines their competitors.
