🔹 Because Michigan keeps taking penalties and Hage doesn't play PK, which sucks, Hage hasn't been on the ice THAT much. However, when he has been, he hasn't played like a typical C. He arrived at times as the 5th man back on D; but my biggest concern is a recurring one: he blows the D zone before any other forward 9/10 of the time in the hopes of a stretch pass. On at least one occasion, he did so hoping for a pop pass, which didn't happen, and left him out of position. And now he's out there for Michigan in a 6 v 5 situation defending. He blocks a shot and chases down the D with impressive hustle and physical engagement.
