Cookie decorating class with Mrs. Magoopagee is so awesome! ALL cookies are FCS related. Participants are going home with their own cookie boxes filled with supplies and tips to take back to classrooms.

ILAFCS conference is off to a great start at College of DuPage. Thankful to collaborate with FCS professions in Illinois today. @IllinoisStateU shared their FCS Education program and we heard from FCCLA officers, as well. Thankful for these partnerships!

What a beautiful year! So thankful for this crew ❤️ we had our last day of preschool, followed by our Art Show and Graduation tonight. Loved celebrating all of them - preschoolers and HS student teachers! @Geneva304
Butterfly release day! The children got to see the art show for the first time, and we learned about Ponds and Frogs. They made a beautiful painting, learned about the stages of frog development, participated in a math jumping activity, and made a cute frog craft. @Geneva304
Fun, MESSY zoo and ice cream-theme day! This group is just so awesome - can’t believe we are heading into our last week together for the year. ❤️ @Geneva304
Congratulations to these AMAZING future educators! We had our 4th annual Future Teacher Signing Ceremony after school today - it was a great celebration of the future of our profession. You will all do incredible things - proud of each of you!! @Geneva304

Yesterday, we celebrated St. Patrick’s Day! ☘️ The children made leprechaun traps - unfortunately, we didn’t catch one. But the leprechaun wrecked the room! Ed Rising made a fun table display for Little Vikings for our Luck of the Vikings week at GHS. @Geneva304
Teaching intern, Isabella, was so fun to watch teach. She had excellent questions and wait time with her students. So impressed! @Geneva304
