It’s just how Telegram connects you to our system, and a real person replies. Plenty of users have told us our operators are very convincing bots. They’re people. We’ve passed on the compliment. 🤖 Groups, channels, or anyone who messages you first claiming to be Trocador support are fake. Real support is one-on-one: the bot, email or Matrix.
