Was wondering how Peterborough convince someone to take Marentette off their hands but it makes sense now. In return (according to the OHL website), they got a draft pick that was used 3 years ago

Nothing for this coming draft, but fine in the drafts after that

Tyler Nother said Ryerson Leenders didn't pull himself from last night's game. He said he spoke with both Keenan Reynolds and the goaltender, and they made eye contact before Leenders left the net. He'll play again this weekend. More in tonight's report.

Jacob Therrien will make his #Gens debut tonight and it’ll be his first #OHL game in over a year. He posted this pretty cool video the other day of when he was the 7th skater as a young #Gens fan and lined up beside Scott Laughton

Only picks back for Owen Sound. They have the most high picks in the league, but at some point will need to be able to convince the top players to want to play for them. Which I suspect will be tougher and tougher as Nother keeps going. See that getting worse not getting better

For what it's worth, I'm hearing the same. I asked Owen Sound Attack GM Tyler Nother a while back about rumours he was being shopped, and it was denied at the time. I expect a younger player will be part of the return here.

OHL injury report has him listed as day to day. Solomon week to week (mono?)

#OHL "weekly report" just has that the #Gens got Jacob Therrien but no update on his injury status

A real strong candidate for the worst goal of the season given up by Jason Schaubel tonight
