Messing around with an app on a wet rainy morning ✨ in the middle pic Fred and I, not long after he'd arrived here.
The other pics of me are a few years old
I feel proud when I look back, Freddie is currently settled, pain free & loved.
I had my own struggles 12 years ago, my dad was very unwell & I wasn't looking after myself properly ~ I turned it around, with help.
If you're struggling, reach out there are nice friendly people out there.
This time of year always makes me reflective, in a warm & loving way 💜
