Back at Newton District Court this morning for the arraignment of Caleb Gannon, a Newton man shot in a violent incident at a pro-Israel rally in September.
A state prosecutor asked that Gannon be put on $5,000 cash bail with a curfew from 7:00 pm to 6:00 am. The judge granted just a no contact order with the victim of the alleged assault, Scott Hayes. Gannon’s next pretrial hearing will be held Feb. 3. Story to come.
