Dear @airtelindia and my 'dedicated Airtel Black team' of a thousand. It's been 15 days since I requested a simple broadband shift. You missed your own deadline, cancelled my request, and now on July 11 you've graciously raised a fresh one....yourself!! With another 7-day wait.

The most harrowing experience with @nobrokercom. I reach Mumbai with 2 kids on 4thJan when I was supposed to get keys to my house. The team did not pick my call till I raised a ticket. At 8 pm I get the keys to a filthy house that was supposed to have been cleaned n painted.

When my stuff was offloaded into the house, their team send in painters for whitewash that took another 2 days. All my boxes moved from one room to the other and left for me to clean up. My trunks were damaged in transit. I was charged wrongly for services they didn't provide

Despite repeatedly asking for refund of the wrong charges, I am still waiting after 10 days, and all I hear is sorry for inconvenience. There is still no acknowledgement to my emails.
