I planted sorghum for my family. Get the hell out of the cities. I don't care if you have to buy the smallest bit of land and live in a tiny house, the cities are death traps. They are putting stuff in the water too. There is a reason our grandparents lived well into their 90s and beyond. They grew up on food planted around them. I did not know what it was to go to the store and buy produce. We had them in our fields. I am trying to get back to that for my family. I have the goats, chickens, greenhouse and space. I just pray to God that I am able to use it in a way that helps my family. I struggle with the greenhouse. The heat killed a lot. I hope my sorghum does well, it is surrounded by a fence, so it should keep out deer. All we can do is try. Stock up on seeds. I don't care if you have to stick raised gardens in your bed, try to grow your own food.
