No lifts for 3weeks (130steps/ 10 flights of stairs to my floor) AND a lovely indoor leak that has NOT been even looked at. Thanks again @MetTVH
My disabled neighbour has been trapped in his flat for almost 2weeks! No food delivery, no fresh air, no visitors @WheelzHasSkillz
@SHEIN_Official problem with my returns, it’s been over a month and I have not received my refund of just under £500. Please can this be looked into.

A Non/working lift on a hotweek is insane, Our balconies are a unusable due cladding, and scaffolding. We DO NOT have access to 1/2 lifts for 100 residents To get outside & we are either staying in, or have to climb 100-180 stairs in a greenhouse heated staircase. @MetTVH

Metropolitan are doing it again… they have us walking up 100+ stairs to get out of our block. We have disabled residents who can not leave the block due to the lifts not working. We can NOT get shopping… stop doing this to us, how much can we be take?? FIX THE DAMN LIFTS TODAY!
