APC: 11 Years In Power, Yet Still Looking To The Past — Adamolekun
Eight years of Buhari and three years of Tinubu make 11 years of APC rule, yet the party is still referring to people who were in power years ago. Campaigning in a state it lost three years ago, the conversation should be centred on what has changed, not blaming the opposition for how people feel today.
Adamolekun Opeyemi
Active Citizen
That Dayo Israel guy, that’s one of the most foolish fellows in APC at the moment. He has always demonstrated that value for sometime though
Initially thought I was slow. Nah, that’s his nature and who he’s.
It’s sad how we got here as Nigerians honestly
This is really embarrassing.
On election day in Osun, while party members were exhausted from months of campaigning and anxiously awaiting results, you chose to post a skit. At the time, INEC results already showed Adeleke leading by over 25,000 votes.
That night, I called to explain how demoralising that was, especially coming from the Youth Leader. Instead of listening, you got upset and ended the call.
Look at the reactions to your latest post, because you are competing and fighting with someone. Must your personal issues come before the party and the President?
Dayo, you need friends who will tell you the truth. At a time when millions are making sacrifices and trusting that reforms will deliver results, this kind of conduct is not helpful. Do better Dayo!

UPDATE ON THE FIVE-YEAR REQUIREMENT FOR CERTIFICATE OF GOOD STANDING
Dear Colleagues,
On the issue of the reported five-year requirement for the issuance of a Certificate of Good Standing, I have engaged the relevant authorities as promised and obtained some clarification as follows:
Prescribed Requirement: The requirement is two years after full registration, with the period of NYSC included in the two years. Therefore, the reported five-year requirement is not what has been prescribed.
Colleagues Affected: Any colleague who has encountered a five-year requirement on their portal is requested to confirm this and reach out immediately so that the matter can be properly addressed.
Further Engagement: We understand that the decision was taken by the Council. We intend to engage the Council further during our courtesy visit to obtain additional clarification and address any concerns from colleagues who are uncomfortable with the current position.
We remain committed to constructive engagement with the relevant authorities to ensure clarity, fairness, and the protection of the interests of all our members.
Thank you.

20.10.20.
A date that is forever etched in our national conscience.
#EndSARS. #LekkiMassacre.
A sad night six years ago.
Their voices mattered so they used it.
Their young lives mattered, yet they laid them down.
Today, we remember the lives lost, the pain of survivors, and the young Nigerians whose sin against their government was to ask for safety, dignity and an end to police brutality.
They will always be remembered because their supreme sacrifices are unforgettable.
May our remembrance remain a demand for truth, justice and accountability.
We will not forget. 🇳🇬

PRESS STATEMENT
STAY INFORMED. STAY SAFE.
Public health is a shared responsibility, and the right information helps us all stay safe.
The Federal Government, working with the NCDC and relevant health authorities, is taking the necessary steps to protect public health and strengthen surveillance following the confirmation of an Ebola disease case in the FCT.
There is no need for panic. What matters is staying informed, practising good hand hygiene, knowing the symptoms and seeking guidance from public health authorities if you suspect exposure.
📌 Remember: Ebola spreads through direct contact with the blood or body fluids of an infected person who is sick or has died, or contaminated materials. It does not spread before symptoms begin.
For reliable information or to report a suspected case, call the NCDC toll-free line 6232, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Let’s stay calm, rely on verified information and do our part to keep our communities safe.

On Tuesday, Minister Toluwanisings was ministering at a worship concert in Ibadan. Less than 24 hours later, he was dead. He was 41.
His PA says they took him to seven or eight hospitals after he slumped. Some had no doctor. Some said their doctors were on strike. Some wouldn’t take him.
Let us talk about what actually determines whether somebody survives something like this.

4. Place the heel of your hand in between the chest
5. Compress chest 30 times
