🔥 RARE MOMENT OF TRUTH AT UNITED NATIONS: As world leaders used the UN podium to condemn Israel, we invited courageous Yemeni journalist @JustLuai to tell the truth: “Our problem in the Middle East is neither Israel nor the Jews. It is the Islamist dictatorships.”

📢 New research now available! Our former intern Fox Oliver examined how Geert Wilders and Viktor Orbán use implicit narratives on X to target migrants, Muslims and LGBTIQ+ people while eluding hate speech regulation. The research shows how harmful narratives can persist even without explicit hate speech. Read Getting Away With Hate on our website and Hub. 💜 lnkd.in/ezBAqVcB

California law requiring gun shops to video-record what goes on in their shops does not itself cause a 4th Amendment search, 9th Circuit holds, 2-1: The search if any is in later government *access* to the video, not the requirement to record it. cdn.ca9.uscourts.gov/datasto… #N

This is super interesting, especially for the claim that Pangram is currently a very reliable tool for determining whether legal writing was authored by AI. reason.com/volokh/2026/08/24…

In his latest appearance on The Tucker Carlson Show, Holocaust revisionist Darryl Cooper called teaching children about the Holocaust "a form of pretty extreme child abuse," while Tucker Carlson claimed Jewish parents who do so are "teaching their kids to hate." This is a disgusting attempt to turn Holocaust education, and the Jewish parents who teach it, into something sinister. Teaching our children about the Holocaust isn't just a tradition; it's essential to fighting antisemitism, preserving historical truth and teaching students how to recognize the dangers of unchecked hate. The real danger isn't Holocaust education. It's failing to teach the truth and leaving young people vulnerable to the sick and twisted lies of people like Darryl Cooper.
