Every time I use @angi_home is disappointing and unprofessional. On today’s episode, an appointment that was booked 10 days ago and confirmed 4 times was just cancelled 15 min before the appt time. Guess my time isn’t valuable, only theirs.

FFS @ATT has to harbor the worst customer service in the entire industry. Completely inconsistent messaging regarding my fiber internet, cancelled appointments, etc. I’m being told my appt is cancelled due to a larger outage, but all the outage trackers say it’s resolved. Silence
