Dan Hurley wants to bring back the UConn-Syracuse rivalry. He suggested it be an annual nonconference game at MSG.
"I think the world of Gerry and what he's done... As soon as those guys want to turn this from an exhibition to a regular season game, I think it would be awesome."

What are the top single-game performances by UConn women's basketball players over the past two seasons?
From Paige Bueckers' season-saving 40-bomb, to Azzi Fudd's nuclear eruption(s) and Sarah Strong's "I was just rebounding" game:
*NOT in order.

Despite all the issues I’ve been going through, in 23 days the walk continues!!!
Building off the incredible success of last year’s walk, I’m going even bigger this year. This year, I’ll take on a 62-mile walk to Mohegan Sun, raising money along the way for the Husky Ticket Project.
Every mile will help support their mission of giving young UConn fans the opportunity of experiencing UConn sporting events, with the goal of building the Husky fandom for generations to come!
Last year showed me just how much support this community can rally behind a great cause.
This year, we’re taking it a bit further.
Two days. One mission.

Dan Hurley is not a fan of cbb landsape:
"At some point, you've got to care about the sport. Especially if the sport has given you a lot. Doing things to hurt the sport so that you can win a little bit more, you've got to look in the mirror a little on that."
"The art of what we do has been cheapened a little bit. You can put together teams that can compete and not have to identify and develop young talent. Now, you can screw up high school and portal recruiting, not have a very good team, and now start plucking from a group of players in August and put together a team."
"Now let's unleash 80 players into the sport in the first week of August. We can't go on like this. And anyone who acts like it's great, it's good for college basketball, they've already taken the stance that this is what they've wanted, and now they're just defending their position. It's total chaos and it's not sustainable."

19 years ago, @CoachTomMoore hired me to join his first coaching staff at Quinnipiac University. I was 21 years old with virtually no coaching experience, but he gifted me an opportunity that I am forever grateful for. From that day in 2007 until today, he’s been a constant supporter and a true friend. Thanks, TMoore. I owe you. Enjoy that great family, and the boat, and the multiple homes. Can’t wait to see your act on TV soon.
