We're buzzing to bring the hilarious @bignorms (Mark Crossley) to the @DukesHeadKL early next year. Tickets go on general sale at sportingknights.co.uk/events on FRIDAY OCTOBER 30. Mark the date as these will fly! Thanks to ScaffCycle & ADB Electrical for sponsoring this evening.

When will people realise that however bad the players and/or managers are and have been, however toxic the dressing room is, the real reason #mufc are in this place is because of the owners. Glazers (especially, with the debt) & INEOS are running a business/circus.
Told @MattHannayKLTFC we’d come back with something. I didn’t go, so unsure how game panned out, but would have taken a point beforehand. Long old poke. If we beat Southport next week and get on a real run at home things will look decent heading into November. Up the Linnets 💛💙

Lisandro Martinez’s view that Michael Carrick has been sold short and the squad has not been equipped with the depth to fight on multiple fronts is shared by several senior players - and football staff. It has been discussed in the dressing room with the club aware of frustrations around recruitment.
There was a fear ahead of the campaign that the squad would not be strengthened properly - the lack of cover at left-back and striker were major concerns, which is evidenced in how much the need for reinforcements was stressed during pre-season interviews.
Told the driving reason behind Martinez’s airing these grievances publicly is fury that Carrick is likely going to lose his job despite not being given the tools to have a fair crack, and players are sick of reset after reset, without questions asked of the people in charge and what direction they’re taking the club in.
Carrick and the team have faced criticism, accepted it, and owned up to performances being nowhere near good enough.
Where is the accountability from the people who keep leading the club to one doom spiral after another?
Tonight is, as far as I’m concerned, a decent response from Saturday’s shit show. But watching us feels like I’m giving myself Chinese burns all game. Everything about the club makes me feel so miserable #mufc
That is never, never, never - even after watching 100 replays - a red card. Pathetic decision #mufc
Has there ever been a better time to grow your #nonleague club? Ongoing Premier League and Man City farce, VAR, ‘tourist’ fans and sky-high ticket prices plus many grim KO times. Your local club offers a community, cheap(er) tickets, VAR-free games & 3pm KOs. The list goes on…..
….I’ve been watching #nonleague since I was 10/11. I grew up with the Prem. But the beating heart of the game is further down the pyramid. I regularly watch Step Two but love Step Five/Six games; relatable, plenty of heart and real characters about. Plus proper tackles n’all!
I’ll probably always watch the Premier League but I feel less bothered about missing a game now and watching the highlights. I can’t afford to pay those ticket prices regularly, even if I lived near #mufc - give #nonleague a try, you won’t regret it!
