First ten minutes back online and greeted by this. well, based on vrchat uplifitng AI slop @GatheringVR will explore external providers to enable people to support us financially, outside of CE. On top of that @VirtuaLabsCl are obviously not gonna be a part of spookality. Do better @VRChat.

So i just stumbled about something being very borked in @VRChat`s YT-DLP... mind upvoting this? feedback.vrchat.com/bug-repo…

I’ve spent the last few weeks buried in topographical archives, historical records, and research on Alaska, trying to understand how its most remote landscapes are shaped by time, weather, isolation, and the people stubborn enough to live there, while also digging deep into human psychology and what genuinely makes something unsettling. Along the way, I ran experiment after experiment trying to figure out what actually gets under people’s skin without falling back on cheap horror tricks. One of those experiments became something you all already got to play with in “The Forgotten Tape.” A ridiculous amount of time has gone into worldbuilding, exploring analogue and cosmic horror, digging through conspiracy theories and Cold War-era research programs & propaganda, studying disaster psychology, institutional failure, spatial perception, environmental storytelling, and how sound, uncertainty, memory, expectation, and social trust can all be quietly fucked with to make something genuinely frightening without needing a monster to scream in your face every five minutes. My biggest independent project to date is officially in production... and if all goes well, this time, the story won’t be contained to just @VRChat. Can you piece together what really happened in Alder Creek? #VRChat #AnalogueHorror #MadeForVRChat
