Love this original song by our friend Scott. He lost his ‘creative vibe’ when he ended up where he never dreamed: homeless on the streets of Austin. Now, Scott’s singing a new tune, an original, about Austin’s most talked about neighborhood. ~> Link ~> thegatheringcf.org/updates/b… – at Austin, TX

Great job @ZBFree directing an animated video w/ a talented crew of voice actors to tell the story of the mission at Community First Village. We had a blast & it turned out awesome. Here is what a place to belong looks like.

Truth ~>we don’t pray nearly enough. We rely way too much on my own understanding. Prayer is a discipline and a right response when we fully acknowledge God is omniscient, omnipotent and omnipresent & I am omniNOTHING. Loved prayer walking #CommunityFirst to lift folks up ⬆️
3 Things God CANNOT Do … a mission update as we empower the missionally minded into a lifestyle of following Christ alongside the formerly homeless at Community First! & beyond.
