Love this! For @GatewaysLab journal club we had students present first and senior authors of papers and we specifically picked papers where at least one of the main authors was from a minoritized group. Representation matters!

For 22 yrs I ran a pre-MD-PhD program called @GatewaysLab. I’ve kept in touch w/ the 300+ mentees I’ve trained. 2 in this group are soon graduating from @TriIMDPhD & 1 is #mdphd @harvardmed. Others are MDs, PhDs and there is one RN in the group as well.
