Today marks the first day of Baby Loss Awareness Week 2026 - please support this campaign if you can, 🧡
This is the 24th Baby Loss Awareness Week. The 24th time the pregnancy and baby loss community, and beyond, join together to remember our babies, raise awareness, and drive change 💖💙
This year, we asking you to 'Wear, Share, Care'.
🎗️ WEAR: We want more people than ever before to wear a BLAW pin badge, charm, or to turn Pink and Blue their own way.
📲 SHARE: And we need as many people as possible to share why they are doing so to help raise awareness during this special week.
🫂 CARE: We also want you to know that the Baby Loss Awareness Week Alliance of charities are here to care for and support you.
The week will end with the global #WaveOfLight at 7pm on Thursday, 15 October, where we'll be hosting a Facebook live for everyone to join for an hour and remember our babies 🕯️
For some of you, you may find that the week brings up painful memories and emotions.
It is important to look after your wellbeing and set your own boundaries. However you choose to get involved, or if you choose to not take part this year, that's fine.
Baby Loss Awareness Week is for you and your babies.
Remember the #BLAW Alliance is here to support you.

Get support if you care for someone #CarersWeek2026! @CarersUK
Carers Week is the ideal time to focus on the contribution made by carers, and how important they are in their local communities.
Sometimes carers can find it challenging to take care of their own wellbeing whilst looking after someone. The impact that caring can have on all aspects of life should not be underestimated.
💚Carers can find local support services through organisations like Carers UK and Carers Trust, which offer directories to locate nearby carer groups, replacement care services, and community resources tailored to individual needs.
💜Age UK provides practical support for older carers, including home help, handyperson services, and respite care, allowing carers to take breaks, while ensuring their loved ones are cared for.
✅Your local council may also be able to provide you and the person you care for with support or signpost you to support available within your area. You can find further information by searching for your local council on the Gov.UK website.
Carers in Cumbria can find information on who to contact to get support on the Cumbria Safeguarding Adults Board website👉cumbriasab.org.uk/i-am-membe…
