The latest unspoken NHS crisis is the complete loss of TRUST in the profession by a large and increasing chunk of the population. I hear this daily in DM’s, socials and my clients who will never go to a doctor or hospital again ever in their lives.
This is due to the ostrich syndrome pandemic, lack of medical ethics, loss of evidence based medicine and candour exercised of late from the vast majority of staff over a continued and prolonged period. Together with public realising a complete dependency on the big pharma model of ‘h(w)ealth’ and multitudes of conflicts of interest within NHS services.
A bullying and abusive culture and consistent approach of punishment for whistleblowers lead to an unhappy workforce on top of a distrusting patient population.
Trust gone. The irony that my strike of was the ‘only option’ the panel had to take was because had they not it would have destabilised trust in the profession and regulator. Ironic.

Western liberals imported the third world into France and other countries in the name of diversity and compassion. They ignored fundamental questions of assimilation and compatibility. They were told it would lead to this and they didn't listen.
I pray that France, a beautiful country of amazing people, will stop this madness before more of its landmarks burn.
