A supporters view of Whitstable Town FC. Occasional groundhopping around the South East. Also a smidge of Southampton FC and Clyde FC. And the occasional film.

Alexei Sayle's Stuff (20th October 1988). "Well, we apologise for the absence of Alexei Sayle in this week's edition of Alexei Sayle's Stuff. We're attempting to right the problem, but in the meantime the programme will continue in Leslie Crowther only".
Deserved the result on the first half performance and really should have been out of sight by half time. Had to dig deep in the second as Bourne upped their game. A great three points on the road and fantastic travelling support 👏🦪

Trip to the leaders and a fantastic result secured with a hard fought display in an even game. Team has great spirit and desire. Kane Rowland equalised and Mikey Berry grabbed the winner. All 16 players did their part. Youngy my MOTM.

Final score:
Whitstable 0 Aldershot 2

A spirited effort from the Oysters who came close to a goal several times, but it's Aldershot who progress to end a memorable cup run by the Whitstable team.
Good luck to @OfficialShots in the next round.
