Replying to @FNCreate
@FNCreate @FortniteGame This is serious.
A known scammer in the UEFN scene is now trying to impersonate me. He recently renamed one of his many alt accounts to GAPSMAPS (my actual ID is GASP), and he’s using a profile picture that mimics my X profile, clearly meant to confuse people.
This person has a long history of abusing major brand IPs to dishonestly attract players. Now, it seems he’s trying to damage my reputation by making it look like I’m behind his scams.
Take a look at the screenshots: just 4 of his many accounts, all linking to the same Discord server. That alone shows it’s all coming from the same person.
Please take action.

Hey @FNCreate,
This is the kind of account network that should be identified and investigated internally when dealing with repeat problem creators.
If creators can piece together connections like this using only the limited information available through public facing APIs and platform data, imagine what could be identified with the tools and information available internally.
As I mentioned in my previous posts, I’ve now been contacted by multiple creators who have been documenting these accounts, map transfers, publishing patterns, and other connections linking them back to the same creator.
The video attached is only a simplified visualization of what has already been documented.
Creators should not have to spend this much time independently investigating account networks and compiling evidence just to get persistent platform abuse properly reviewed.
@TimSweeneyEpic @EpicVogel
Hey @FNCreate,
When are you going to actually address this creator and all of their alt accounts?
Their behavior has done serious damage to this genre and pushed out many of the creators who have been operating in good faith.
At what point does repeatedly having content removed, only for the same behavior to continue across new maps and alternate accounts, become a creator level enforcement issue instead of another individual map takedown?
I’m not a legal expert, but service providers seeking DMCA safe harbor protection are required to reasonably implement a policy for terminating repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
So at what point are repeat offenders actually treated as repeat offenders?
Removing individual maps clearly isn’t solving the problem when the same creators can simply continue publishing through other maps and accounts.
Please take a serious look into these accounts.
@TimSweeneyEpic @EpicVogel
I can also send an email with a document that was put together tracking their accounts, map transfers, publishing history, and other connections linking them back to the same creator.
If someone from the appropriate team is willing to review it, I’m happy to provide everything privately.

While you’re at it, @FNCreate, you should investigate why this creator thinks it’s acceptable to repeatedly exploit IP, then has the audacity to cry about someone copying them and doing exactly what they’ve been doing to this community for years.
Many of their maps appear to be direct copies of other creators’ maps, released after the originals started performing well.
They have also reportedly faced multiple DMCA takedowns while continuing to operate through a network of alternate accounts.
Epic’s own Terms state that it has adopted a policy of terminating repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, consistent with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i)(1)(A).
How much evidence and how many repeat violations will it take before you consistently enforce your own rules and policies?
I was anonymously provided with a detailed report documenting the account network, copied and IP violating maps, ownership transfers, creator code changes, display name changes, and other relevant activity.
If someone at Epic is genuinely prepared to investigate this, feel free to reach out. I am willing to provide the complete report.

Lil UI tip if you're losing controller focus when adding a Widget Blueprint via Verse 🎮
Click the root widget → set IsFocusable to true → pick your button from the Desired Focus Widget dropdown, call PlayerUI.SetFocus(Widget) before AddWidget and you're good 🫡
You can thank me later!

Was messing with UEFN data layers today and struggling with native FN assets getting destroyed on re-activation, went looking for answers and turns out it's a known thing in the community lol
forums.unrealengine.com/t/da…
Enabling streaming on the map fixed it for me
if you don't use streaming, open your sequence, right click the data layer track → Edit Section → uncheck Flush On Activated.
Not 100% sure on the exact reason but it seems like having streaming disabled messes with how the engine handles the flush on data layer activation, which breaks native assets on repeated cycles.
Hope this helps someone 👍

Genuinely feel bad for @GaspFn because this is ridiculous. Just another ripoff of Fortshop Prop hunt (and a really bad one) getting this type of discovery from literally nothing is really sad, while the original is not, even though it is 100 times better.
I’m working on a new Daily Item Shop for my Fortshop Prop Hunt, heavily inspired by the awesome shop made by @Pimit8. It’s not on that level, but hey, it works!
The only thing that bothers me rn is the flicker when the shop refreshes, still need to fix that. Overall, I’m quite happy with how it’s turning out! #UEFN

Here is another one of their accounts @FNCreate
Both these accounts lead to the same Discord from their creator pages.
Hey @FNCreate
What are you going to do when someone's child googles this looking for hiding spots?
They are more than likely going to get some videos, but they won't be kid friendly.
I reported this creator for another map with similar references the other day, now they are making more...
They are openly making a mockery of moderation at this point.
Just hit 100K favorites! 🔥
Massive thanks to everyone who's played and supported my work, couldn’t have done it without you.
So grateful for this milestone. 🙏
This is the current situation in the Prop Hunt genre on Fortnite. In the Top 2 Prop Hunt maps, both are identical.
The first is my Fortshop Prop Hunt, published over a year ago.
The second? A 1:1 clone released in November last year.
Same layout, same design, same UI... and of course an IP logo in the thumbnail.
And as if that wasn’t enough, the creator has been copying every single change I’ve made over the past few months. Every time I update, he updates right after me.
This isn’t The Pit or RvB, where the map’s layout is part of the genre itself.
We’re talking about Prop Hunt, a genre where the success of a map depends on its unique layout, design, UI and mechanics.
I’ve reported this issue to Epic Games multiple times.
No response. No action taken. Not even a message back.
We put time, effort, and creativity into what we build, and watching it get copied and rewarded while nothing is done is incredibly discouraging.
@FNCreate @FortniteGame please, do something! This has gone on long enough.
Ok @FNCreate @FortniteGame , we’ve officially reached peak madness, 3 IDENTICAL maps in the Top 3 Prop Hunts.
I just hit 10K favorites!🔥
Thanks so much to everyone who’s playing and helped me get here, maybe a small milestone for some, but it means a lot to me! Thanks again!❤️
