A couple of rare wheatears have been on the north Norfolk coast over the past week- Isabelline and Desert
The east Norfolk Black-winged kite has been pretty faithful to a couple of hedgerows throughout the summer. Although mostly distant as a grey dot, some artistic license was needed with this picture!😁

Extended dates for my Cley Centenary Exhibition. Nice to see the show so well attended, so much so that NWT have extended the finish date to the 12th September

Goodness knows what a jack snipe is doing at Cley in July. It’s been about for a few weeks but gave great views last night. It’s got a gammy left leg
Twitch down memory lane. Enjoyed watching the Hudsonian Godwit at Cattawade this morning in the company of several greenshank
Been a good May passage of tundra Ringed Plovers along the coast. Peak count of 130 for me one evening @NWTCleyCentre
