Frustrated is an understatement. My contract and deal is with @bt_uk but I keep being told you can’t help and there’s nothing you can do, I need to call another number!! Guarantee we won’t get any updates today, we didn’t yesterday or before, so why would today be any different.

Hi Gary, I understand you must be frustrated, however as advised we are unable to deal with FTTP orders. I can see the account holder called earlier on this evening. As advised for further updates you would need to speak with the Fibre to the property team. Sorry again. ^James M
As suspected. You couldn’t get it sorted. If your idea of helping was to give me a number to call, then you’ve not helped at all. Totally done with BT. Quite possible the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Totally shocking customer service.
